Our ODM transformer factory can modify core winding, cooling systems and protection components to satisfy grid codes from Southeast Asia, Africa, Australia and North America. Whether you need 33kV industrial transformers for mining projects or compact substation for solar power plants, we will finish all parameter adjustments before mass production. We also provide official grid test reports to help customers pass local customs and power bureau acceptance.
Besides hardware customization, we supply complete supporting documents for global export clearance. Every batch of OEM power equipment is attached with detailed technical datasheets, wiring diagrams, operation manuals and IEC test certificates. All files support multi-language translation including English, Spanish, Arabic and French, to match overseas engineering teams’ daily work.
For packaging, we adopt seaworthy fumigated wooden cases and anti-collision foam lining to avoid damage during long ocean transportation. We can print customer’s private logo, company information and shipping marks on the outer package as required. For bulk orders, we provide container loading plan and packing list to help customers arrange logistics efficiently. Small trial orders use lightweight reinforced cartons to cut down international shipping cost.
